Privacy policy

What we keep about you, why, for how long, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Last updated 9 October 2026 · Operated by DeveloperData.net, Bangkok

1Who is responsible

Your data is looked after by DeveloperData.net (brand: Developer Data), Empire Tower, 41st Floor, Unit 4106-7, South Sathorn Road, Yannawa, Sathorn, Bangkok 10120, Thailand. Questions and requests go through support, or to [email protected].

2Your account

When you sign in with Google, Google shares your name, email address and profile picture with Developer Data. We keep your email address and name, and note the country your connection comes from at sign-up; we do not keep the picture. We use them to make your account and key and to write to you about them.

While you are signed out, pages show Google's sign-in prompt and button, so Google's sign-in script loads from Google and Google receives your IP address and may use its own cookies. Choosing an account there signs you in here; closing it does nothing.

3Your API keys

We keep a one-way code made from each key, and its first few characters so you can tell your keys apart. The key itself is shown to you once and is not stored.

4How you use the API

For each key we count calls a day, and calls and errors by endpoint a day, to show you your usage and apply your plan. These counts are kept while your account is open.

Per-minute counters for the rate limit are kept one hour. Details of failed calls are kept 14 days, to help fix problems. Calls to the MCP server are logged with the tool, the result and the program's user agent, and kept 30 days.

5Visits to the website

For each page visited we record the page, the site you came from, your browser's user agent, your country as our network provider reports it, and your IP address. The record of the visit, the address with it, is deleted after 30 days. Visitors are counted with a one-way code made from the address and user agent, so the count does not name anyone.

6Cookies

We use one cookie, bda_s, to keep you signed in (and to check the sign-in with Google came from your browser). Signing in from Google's prompt sets a second, bda_ot, a random value that lives for ten minutes to prove the sign-in came from this site, and signing out sets bda_out for one minute so the prompt does not open again straight away. There are no advertising, analytics or tracking cookies.

The site's fonts load from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when a page loads.

7Support and payments

Support tickets, with your email address, are kept to answer them while your account is open, and deleted with it.

Card payments are taken by Stripe, which keeps the card. We never see or store your card number; we keep your plan, the dates and the amounts charged.

8Who else sees it

Google, to sign you in. Cloudflare, our network provider, which carries traffic to the site and API. Our email provider, through Developer Data. Stripe, for paid plans. The company that hosts our servers.

We do not sell your data or share it for advertising. We disclose it only when the law requires us to.

9How long we keep it

Account details, keys, usage counts and support tickets are kept while your account is open and deleted within 30 days of closing it, backups included, except billing records (invoices and payments), which we keep as long as tax and accounting law requires. Page, API and security logs are kept 30 days or less, as given above.

10Deleting your account

You can delete your account yourself: Delete my account, on your account page. Your paid plan is cancelled at once (the unused part is not refunded), every key stops working, you are signed out, and the rest is deleted within 30 days. We email you when it is done.

If you cannot sign in, ask through support and we delete it for you.

11Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete what we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Ask through support and we answer within 30 days. We follow Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act, and treat requests the same wherever you live.

12Children

The service is not for anyone under 18. If you think a child has made an account, tell us and we will delete it.

13Changes to this policy

We post changes here with a new date, and tell account holders by email when a change affects what we keep or why.
