id: The id: pl_, tr_, mt_, ev_ or vn_, never changing.
name: The name as held.
series: The series, like all-england.
level: senior or junior.
start: The first day or start time.
end: The last day, YYYY-MM-DD, where known.
city: The host city.
country: IOC country code, like DEN, or null.
venue: The arena: id and name.
prize_money: Prize money as a whole number, as the record gives it.
elevation_m: Height above sea level in metres (the venue's own, else its host city's); null when not known. Shuttles fly faster in thinner air.
status: finished, in_progress, upcoming, or unknown when no dates are held.
