Parameters
countrytext- IOC code, like INA.
citytextqtext- Part of the venue name.
pagewhole number- Which page. Default 1.
per_pagewhole number- Results a page, up to 200. Default 50.
cursortext- Meta.next_cursor from the page before.
Returns
id- The id: pl_, tr_, mt_, ev_ or vn_, never changing.
name- The name as held.
city- The host city.
country- IOC country code, like DEN, or null.
editions- Editions staged there.
first_year- The first year held.
last_year- The latest year held.
elevation_m- Height above sea level in metres (the venue's own, else its host city's); null when not known. Shuttles fly faster in thinner air.
elevation_from- Where elevation_m comes from: venue (its own height) or city (the host city's); null when not known.
