qtext- Part of the city name.
pagewhole number- Which page. Default 1.
per_pagewhole number- Results a page, up to 200. Default 50.
cursortext- Meta.next_cursor from the page before.
Returns
city- The host city.
country- IOC country code, like DEN, or null.
country_name- The country's name.
editions- Editions staged in the city.
venues- How many venues in the city.
first_year- The first year held.
last_year- The latest year held.
