favourite_by_price- For each price band: matches, the market's chance, how often favourites won, the return at the close.
favourite_by_round- The closing favourite by round (R64 to F): matches, the market's expected win rate and the actual one.
favourite_by_seeding- The closing favourite by seeding, favourite first (seeded_v_unseeded and so on): matches, expected and actual win rate.
bookmakers- Each bookmaker: its prices, or its average margin.
